Lowongan Kerja Patra Niaga Job November 2011 : PT Patra Niaga was established on February 27, 1997 under the name "PT.ELNUSA HOPE". The Company was established as a new business entity by the Shareholders, PT Pertamina (Persero) by Decree (SK) The Minister of Justice of Republic of. C2-4238.HT.01.01.TH.1997 with the aim of developing several subsidiaries PT.ELNUSA who was not worthy to be part of the plan of PT. ELNUSA became a public company.

Furthermore, PT Pertamina reposition the Company to develop business activities in the downstream sector of oil and gas industry (Oil and Gas) Indonesia. Under Article 1 of Law No. 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas, the downstream sector includes processing activities, transportation, storage, and commercial Oil and Gas.

In accordance with the decision of General Meeting Extraordinary Shareholders (AGM-LB) dated January 19, 2004, the Company's name was changed to "PT PATRA COMMERCIAL". This change aims to assert the position of the Company's business in the field of Oil and Gas downstream and at the same time distinguish it definitively with sister-company, PT ELNUSA, which moves in the upstream Oil and Gas sector. The name change was confirmed in a Deed No.. 69 dated May 14, 2004 by Notary Ny. Pudji Redjeki Irawati SH. This deed then get approval from the Department of Justice and Human Rights on July 6, 2004, with ratification of the C-16711.HT.01.04.TH.2004 numbers.

Since its establishment, the Company has several times run a sharpening of the scope of business processes in line with the Vision, Mission and Objectives of the Company to establish the role of Children's agency, PT Pertamina in the downstream sector of Oil and Gas.

Secretary To Director

Responsibilities:

Understand official corespondence by mail or email, general business letter ( a must ). understand business langguage and communication manner regarding the customer service.
Organize and coordinate directors diary and travel arrangement.
Filling and documentation of official and confidential letters/documents.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Required language(s): Fluent English ( Oral and Written ) , Bahasa Indonesia
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
