PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia was established based upon the Law No. 8/1995 concerning the Indonesian Capital Market to provide for regulated, appropriate, and efficient clearing services and transaction settlement guarantee.

KPEI as the central counterparty in clearing and transaction settlement activity for more than 120 Securities company who are registered in Exchange, are obliged to apply the international standards in automation process of clearing and exchange transaction settlement process. Thus the clearing process, transaction settlement, and guarantee may be performed to be more appropriate, regulated, efficient and will minimize the exchange transaction settlement process either shares or derivative.

KPEI support bonds transactions traded in stock exchange by providing clearing services and bonds transactions settlement through e-BOCS system. The activity; clearing, confirmation and affirmation of the transaction settlement up to tax administration is done through e-BOCS.

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelors degree from reputable universities in Finance,
• Economics or Risk Management;
• Minimum GPA: 3.00 (scale : 4.00)

• Good written and spoken in English
• Have certificate, experience, and familiar in Capital Market activities is an advantage
