Customer Care Frontliner

Responsibilities:
To assist, supervise, monitoring and give information to customer that enhance and promote excellent and consistent customer experience by identifying and analysing various types of consumer behaviours in order to ensure and guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty to Holcim Indonesia’s products, services and brands.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree : Communication/PR from reputable university
At least 1 in Customer Service or Call Center
Has experience in Hospitality industries, Airlines, Telco or Banking
Has an excellence communication skill
Able to complaint handling
Team player person and enjoy teamwork
Willing to work shift
MS Office and Call Center applications would be an advantage
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
