Facility Maintenance - Account Manager
Job Description:
- Act as a focal point for all Facility Maintenance issues, and act as a company representative in liaison with Client and Vendors.
- Maintain facilities at specified levels of operating condition, at lowest possible cost consistent with goals of producing a quality output as economically as possible.
- Plan & manage Preventive & Corrective Maintenance to achieve target of Service Level Agreement
- Prepare and manage team monthly and yearly budget
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities.
- To give technical advisory for technical troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment and other systems refer to maintenance contract
- Develop innovation or alternative systems for repetitive problems
- Create and manage schedule of regular evaluation (Preventive Maintenance) of the facilities.
- Manage Monthly WO report, HSSE report and Financial Report
- Recruiting or outsourcing of facility service staff and training them appropriately to ensure competent work output.
- Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment
- Coordinate with the upper management on work issues.
- Must have an engineering degree background, average of 3-5 years experience in the facility/building maintenance in commercial would be desirable
- Candidate should have better than average mechanical and electrical comprehensions and be capable of handling a number of diverse problems at one time
- Strong leadership and human relationship aptitude
- Must have a good English proficiency
- Fresh Graduate with high profile and potential would also be welcomed to apply

- Develop, control and manage working procedures and conducive working environment
- Manage working equipment, and maintain good record
- Act as Leader on a Project, and act as a company representative in liaison with Client and Vendors.
- Develop innovation or alternative systems or methods in order to gain working efficiency
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the upper management on work issues.
- Must have an engineering degree background, experience in the engineering design/fabrication/project in would be advantages
- Candidate should have better than average mechanical comprehensions and be capable of handling a number of diverse problems at one time
- Strong leadership and human relationship aptitude
- Must have a good English proficiency
- Fresh Graduate From S1 or D3 with high profile and potential would also be welcomed to apply
- Able to use engineering software (CAD/solidwork/etc)
- Understand of Basic Mechanical equipment in theory and application
