PT. Borneo Alam Semesta(PT BAS), a company that is engaged in Coal Mining Contractors in the rapidly growing, with a work area in South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan. As a growing company, the management of PT BAS requires a reliable information system for planning and operation of the resources owned by PT BAS.

PT Bas is seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:

1. Supply Chain Superintendent

• Male / Female with maximum age 40 years old.
• Education minimum S1 Economic or any major from reputable university with min GPA 3.0
• Having at least 5 (five) years experience in supply chain and 3 (three) years in managerial position.
• Outstanding integrity and honestly, a tough negotiator, having excellent communication and negotiation skill, a team work player, able to work under minimum supervision, creative, proactive, able to work in high level accuracy and be able to meet the deadline.
• Proficient in computer skill (Microsoft Office, internet, etc), familiar with ERP Ellipse Mincom environment would be advantage.
• Fluent in English both oral & Written, fluent in Mandarin would be advantage.
• Excellent to handle all purchasing, warehouse and inventory flow process.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan (Kalimantan).

2. HR & GA Specialist

• S1 degree Psychology or Law.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources & GA Area.
• Energetic, honest, integrity.
• Able to work under pressure Have knowledge of Industrial Relations practices, Labor Law, or government regulation.
• Strong leadership skills and good team work.
• Minimum 3 years experience in same position.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan (Kalimantan).

3. Safety Superintendent

• S1 Degree for safety qualification.
• Minimum 3 years experience in same position.
• Prepare and maintain HSE Management Plans.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular reviews of the implementation of Project risk management controls.
• Ensure implementation of Safety Audit program.
• Able to Facilitate and lead investigations of significant incidents.
• Focus on risk management.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan (Kalimantan) and travel to site.
