Lowongan Kerja Berau Coal Desember 2011 : PT Berau Coal was established in 1983 and is a first generation Coal Contractor. It produces coal in berau area of East Kalimantan within the conession awarded to the Company under the Cal Development Cooperation Contract system established by the Government of Indonesia. PT. Berau Coal is a joint venture between PT. Armadian Tritunggal (51%) dan Rognar Holding B.V (39%), a Netherlands company and Sojitz Corp. (10%) a Japanese company. PT. Berau Coal is one of Indonesia s largest thermal coal producers having its operation in Berau, East Kalimantan, is seeking professional and qualified candidates to join as Company's:

1. Long Term Mine Planner (LTM–Des)

Responsible to develop long term mine plan, provide recommendation of mine development, making technical and economical mining evaluation and provide risk analysis for long term mine plan.

Requirements:
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering, Geology.
• Min 3 years experience hold a mine planning position – senior level would be an advantege, preferably from coal mining industries.
• Proficient in mine planning software (Minex, MineScape, etc).

2. Mine Engineer (MER-Des)

Responsible to design short term mine plan and supervise mining production activity.

Requirements:
• Maximum 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering.
• POP certified would be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years experience at similar position.
• Have strong leadership, good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Will be relocate to Berau.

3. Coal Processing Plant Supervisor (CPP-Des)

Responsible to manage daily operational of coal processing activities; coal haulage, weight-bridge, ROM, crushing plant and stock-pile to barge loading and ensure implementation of HSE system and procedures.

Requirement:
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the similar position in coal mining industries.
• Have good analytical skills for control and problem-solving.
• POP certified would be an advantage.
• Have strong leadership, good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Will be relocate to Berau.

4. Geotechnical & Hydrology Engineer (GET–Des)

Responsible to supervise mining activities in-term of geotechnical & hydrological aspect and provide geotechnical & hydrological risk assessment.

Requirements:
• Maximum 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering – minor in water resources or geotechnical, Geological Engineering, or Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience holds the Geotechnical or Hydrology Engineering position, preferably from open pit mining industries.
• Proficient on rock / soil mechanic principle.
• Hold POP certification would be an advantage.
• Have good analytical skills for control and problem-solving.
• Will be relocate to Berau.

5. Safety Supervisor (SSV-Des)

Responsible to supervise the implementation of safety & risk control program base on PT Berau Coal occupational Health & Safety management system and also perform inspection regularly at operational area including contractor in order to make safe operation.

Requirements:
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering, Geological, Civil Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety/ Public Health, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience at the similar position preferably from coal mining industries.
• Having knowledge in OSHAS 18001
• POP/ AK3 certified would be an advantage.
• Have good analytical skills for control and problem-solving.
• Will be relocate to Berau.

6. Project Supervisor - Civil (PSV-Des)

Responsible to supervise the implementation of project infrastructure plan, provide project schedule, monitoring project time delivery and budget control.

Requirement:
• Maximum 35 years old. Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience at the similar position, preferably from mining industries.
• Holding POP/AK3 certification would be an advantage.
• Have strong leadership, good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Will be relocate to Berau.

7. General Affairs Supervisor (GAS – Des)

Responsible to handle general services which include employee catering service, house keeping, company transportation, accommodation arrangement, and other company office services.

Requirements:
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree (S1/ D4) from General Management or Hotel and Tourism.
• Minimum 3 years experience at similar position preferably from hospitality industries or mining industries.
• Possesses strong ability to manage site services.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Always strive for excellent services.
• Will be relocate to Berau.

8. Recruitment Officer (RCO-Des)

Responsible to conduct day to day recruitment activity; searching candidates, management of pre-employment selection process, conduct psychological test and handling recruitment administration.

Requirements:
• Maximum 27 years old.
• Bachelor degree from Psychology.
• Minimum 1 years experience holds recruitment or employee selection, preferably from mining industries.
• Competent to administer psycho-diagnostic tools.
• Able to prioritize and execute multi tasks efficiently in high-pressure environment.
• Possess strong initiative, analytical thinking, administration skill and good communication.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Will be relocate to Berau.

9. Training Officer (RCO-Des)

Responsible to arrange and implement employee development plan program in order to develop and upgrade PT Berau Coal employees’s competency; TNA arrangement, competency certification needs, manage and organize training (in house & public training), manage and organize training evaluation.

Requirements:
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management or Psychology.
• Strong analytical thinking, and possess an excellent ability to organized duty/work.
• Minimum 2 years experience handling training and employee development program, preferable from mining industries.
• Competent to arrange TNA and training evaluation, and also familiar with ROTI.
• Will be relocate to Berau.

10. Industrial Relation Staff

Responsible to maintain good relationships between management, government and labor union, managing employee relation, supervising compensation and benefit process, and personnel administration services.

Requirements:
• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Holds a minimum of Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Law.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in HR - industrial relation manner - preferably in Mining Industries.
• Have good analytical skills to control and problem-solving base solution.
• Have strong administration skill, good inter-personal and communication skills, and able to work under pressure.
• Will be relocated to Berau.
