Exploration Manager-05636
Responsibility
Management of all existing exploration assets
Exploration champion for all drilling activity in accordance with WDX.
Management of all New Ventures in Indonesia. Including proposals to ELT
Member of the Indonesia Leadership Team with Other Value Chain Members - to generate strategic direction and tactics in Indonesia. Including country plans.
Interaction / collaboration with Subsurface Manager/s
Member of Global Exploration Manager Network - to ensure global technical standards. Standardisation of Talent Management - evaluation and global technical staff moves.
Technical quality control of all products going to ELT
Member of the extended Asia Pacific Leadership
Responsible for all Capital Budget and First Spend estimation per year
Responsible for all talent Management of Grade 4 and 5 Staff
Responsible for implementation of E3 workflow
Champion for resource and risk estimation - working with RES team
Accountable for work scheduling , resource planning and load balancing staff between projects.
Coordination with EPT regarding specialist resources
Coordination with regional planner to develop Indonesia Tactics
Performance and Staff Appriasal - IDP Generation of all senior staff
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Geology or Geophysics. MSc Level in a Geoscience Subject is preferable
Minimum 15 Years Experience with at least 10 years of experience and leading exploration activities in Indonesia
