Customer Care
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming call and notify client if there is an incident or problem occurred in Data Center.
- Log incident of problem to remedy system and update problem status.
- Escalate problem to related units or parties and support customer for 7 x 24 hours.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Communication.
- Preferably have 1 year experience in Data Center Operation or Banking Call Center.
- Good communication skill and well spoken in English.
- Understand customer satisfaction requirement.
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Ready to work in shift schedules.
- 1 Full-Time positions available in Bumi Serpong Damai.
