PT. Ithaca Resources is a company engaged in the Coal Mines to ownership of several mining concessions in Berau and East Kutai (Wahau). Ithaca is an operating holding company with three principal businesses: mining consulting and marketing services, coal infrastructure and investment in coal mine.
Along with the development of exploration activities and we need young HR professionals who are highly motivated, love challenges, and teamwork to occupy several positions with the following conditions:
1.Geologist (GEOS)
• Male, education min. Geological Engineering S1
• Experience 2-5 years in supervising and assisting the activities of exploration: geological exploration, especially coal and minerals, prepares reports and geological mapping. Minimal certified POP
• Software Skills: AutoCAD, Minescape / Surpac have added value.
2. Mine Plan Engineer (MPE)
• Male, education min. Geological Engineering S1
• Experience: Min. 5 years in the planning of Mine Planning and Scheduling (short-term and long-term) and the reconciliation of production for the OB and Coal and able to provide technical assistance to the Mining Operation
• Software Skills: Minescape / Surpac / Minex and Autocad.
3. Wellsite (WST)
• Male, age max. 28 th, pedidikan minimal SMK / STM majoring in Geological Engineering Mining
• Experience min. 1 year on exploration and drilling activities of coal mine
4. Surveyor (SRV)
• Male, graduates D3/S1 T. Geodetic Survey and Mapping, or vocational school
• Experience: Min. 2 years in coordinating the activities of the survey, carry out the survey with total station measurements periodically to coal mining activities, and able to make corrections and calibration of measuring instruments
• Skills Software: Mapinfo, GIS, & Autocad
5. Marketing Officer (MO)
• Female, dressed, max. 30 years, education min. S1 all the majors
• Experience: min. 1 - 2th as Coal Marketing / Coal Logistics / Shipping, perform checking of data shipping and stock production, Make Sales Plan, Review of contracts, invoices and checks to help document files
• Software Skills: Microsoft Office, SAP.
6. HR Manager (HRM)
• Male, a minimum of 35 years, education: S1 HR Management, Psychology, Law
• Experience Min. 5 years as HR Managaer in the coal mining company
• Mastering the Organization Strategy, Design and Planning, Budgeting and Controlling, Strategic Human Resources Management, Performance Management, Career Management, Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and Project Management
• Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Visio.
7. Finance and Accounting (FA)
• Male, minimum education S1 Financial management, Accounting
• Experience Min. 3 years as Finance & Accounting in the coal mining company, able to analyze & prepare financial statements, Budgeting and Controlling
• Software Skills: Microsoft office, (SAP is a plus)
8. Internal Audit (IA)
• Male, maximum 35 years, minimum education D3 / S1 all the majors
• Experience: Min. 3 years in performing operational audits in the mining / oil / wood, were able to identify risks and conduct annual assessments
• Software Skills: Microsoft Office.
9. Procurement (Proc)
• Male, maximum 35 years, minimum education D3 / S1 all the majors
• Experience Min. 3 years as a procurement in the coal mining company, capable of reviewing the contract, has a good relationship and relationships with vendors - vendors extensive
• Software Skills: Ms. Office, SAP.
10. Shipping Supervisor (SS)
• Male, maximum 35 years, minimum education D3 / S1 all the majors
• Min 3 years experience as a port captain, master port and loading, has the ISPS certification
• Knowing the operational well in the Marine VHF radio communication
• Understanding the rules of maritime transport and knowledge in the Maritime Administration Contracts and insurance claims
