Specialist Organization Development
Job Desc :

• Facilitate and analyze all of organization restructures and Man Power Planning, Organization Development, People Development, Performance Management System and Change Management.
• Monitoring approval organization restructures and MPM changing are being documented
• Ensuring all process are documented
• Ensuring data on HRIS align with all organization restructures and MPM approved.
• Ensuring all MPM in organization structure and HRIS align with all transfer and promotion process.
• Distribute up dated organization structure to all users gradually.
• Create, analyze, controlling the quality and document all job description
• Ensuring all job description approved align with up dated organization structure.
• Coordinate with Recruitment and Assessment to ensure all fulfillment align with MPM or Critical Hiring approved.
• Analyze Employee Development Needs through Individual Development Plan and Individual Career Plan
• Planning, analyze and implement mentoring process for Employee Development.
• Coordinate Assessment Program.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree at HR Management.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Good Analytical Thinking
• Have Strong Integrity and Loyalty
