BRANDING SOLUTION EXECUTIVE
Scope of works:
Execute and monitor construction and branding transformation process of Holcim’s Solusi Rumah (SR) outlet (Franchise Retailers, CPM, RDC, CDC) by developing shop design and conduct project implementation throughout Indonesia. Ensuring branding standard and sound project implementation of Holcim’s SR sales outlets construction are also the key responsibilities of this position/ role.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor/Diploma Degree Architecture or Civil Engineering or Art Design
• Experience:
  - A working knowledge with a minimum of 3 years experience of work design or construction/ renovation design work
  - Knowledgeable and/or willing to learn about Sustainable Construction
• Computer literacy: Computer Literacy
• Language: Excellent command of written & spoken English
• Other qualification / skills:
  - Negotiation skill
  - Communication Skill
  - Have ability to interact with all levels

PROJECT ENGINEER T/L
Scope of works:

• To achieve profitability in PT. Holcim Beton RMX operations, through:
• Delivering of new high class production facilities design based on “green concept” (environmental friendly) which meet current and future needs to production team based on technical aspect, by accommodate safety and other company policy
• Reviewing all the design aspect and vendor for “operational” suitability and attractiveness and doing a continuous improvement
• Upholding the highest standards of HSE in everything that you do

Some key responsibilities are:

• Promote and contribute positively to achieving the company HSE aims and targets
• To provide the excellent new batching plant design as customer and for Project Manager Requirement
• Implement to have excellent batching plant by supporting Project Manager
• Assist the RMX Business Development Manager to ensure the Holcim concrete business is aligned to strategic direction for the business, the RMX & Aggregate Directorate and the Holcim group
• Ensure appropriate systems/ equipments/ resources to allow staff to efficiently carry out their job functions on time, low cost and performance

Requirements:

• Education:
  - Bachelor of Environment Engineering or
  - Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has experience in Environmental Area
• Experience:
  - Minimum 3 years as Environment Engineer or working in Environmental Area
  - Good knowledge of Green Concept
• Computer literacy: Computer Literacy + Auto CAD
• Language: Excellent command of written & spoken English
• Other qualification / skills:
  - Have concrete knowledge include construction industry knowledge
  - Ability to deal with people all level of project
  - Good verbal and communications skills.
  - Good organizational and planning skills

BUILDING MATERIAL EXECUTIVE (BME)
Scope of works:
This position will co-ordinate sales team with strategic partners for operational activities, suppliers/ partners evaluation, assessment and analysis, retail (building material) trade promotion, reconciliation of orders and payment.

Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor in any discipline, preferably in Economic or Business Studies
• Experience:
  - 2 years experience on retail business, business development or key account, site supervisor or assistant project manager
  - Has a general insight in retail and/ or consumer business, especially in channel management
• Other qualification / skills :
  - Has a good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  - Detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking works
  - Excellence planning, organizing and controlling capabilities
  - Good social and interpersonal skill.
  - Team player person
• Computer literacy: Familiar and able to operate, Lotus Notes, MS Office and SAP user.
• Language: Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
