UPSTREAM DATA ANALYST

Data Analyst is responsible for the geoscience and engineering data management in ExxonMobil Business Units and/or Affiliates

Tasks and responsibilities includes :
  • Generate utilization reports, load balance across disks.
  • Maintain data owner access matrices; conduct access reviews; review ID and data access requests for completeness.
  • Advise or guide customers on general data access security issues.
  • Create new projects, ensure choke points have correct ownership and permissions, add/delete user work areas.
  • Request new databases, administer, monitor growth, ensure data loading standards are being followed.
  • Interface the data in EMSDB/RECALL to the appropriate application repositories (e.g. OpenWorks, GeoFrame, WellView, OFM).
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor degree preferably with GPA greater than 3.25 of 4.0 scales in any of these following disciplines : Geophysics; Geology; Geodetics; Electrical Engineering (Control/ Telecommunications/ Computers) and Informatics Engineering.
  • Fresh graduate or graduate with 1-2 years of working experience in related area.
  • Knowledgeable of Geoscience and Engineering data and applications, Linux/Unix, Windows and basic scripting.
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and able to work independently.
  • Effective team player and able to lead a team.
  • Able to work in a changing environment and meet deadlines.

    By considering the development and utilization of atomic energy utilization for the welfare of society, through Government Regulation no. 65 in 1958, on December 5, 1958 established the Board of Atomic Energy and Atomic Energy Agency (LTA), which is then refined into the National Atomic Energy Agency (BATAN) based on Law no. 31 of 1964 on Basic Stipulations of Atomic Energy. Furthermore, each dated December 5, which is a historic date for the development of nuclear technology in Indonesia and is set as the anniversary BATAN.

    In subsequent developments, to further enhance the mastery in the field of nuclear science and technology, in 1965 inaugurated the operation of the first atomic reactor (TRIGA Mark II) in Bandung. Then in succession, also built some litbangyasa facilities are scattered in various research centers, including Atomic Energy Markets Research Center Friday, Jakarta (1966), Atomic Energy Research Center GAMA, Yogyakarta (1967), and Multipurpose Reactor of 30 MW (1987 ) along with supporting facilities, such as: fuel fabrication and research, test reactor safety, nuclear waste management radioaktifdanfasilitas other.

    Meanwhile, a paradigm shift in 1997 established Law. 10 regarding Nucleur which regulate the separation of elements including implementing the use of nuclear energy activities (BATAN) with elements of the nuclear power watchdog (Bapeten)

    Pemerintah Mengubah Sistem Penerimaan CPNS : Pemerintah akan mengubah sistem penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS). Nantinya, penerimaan PNS tidak akan dilakukan setiap tahun, melainkan akan membuka penerimaan setiap saat, asalkan sang pelamar memiliki sertifikat kompetensi.

    Wakil Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PAN dan RB), Eko Prasojo, mengatakan, nanti formasi pegawai tidak seperti sekarang ini yang melalui penerimaan per tahun. Ini semua akan diatur dalam Rancangan Undang-Undang Aparatur Sipil Negara (RUU ASN).

    "Kita ubah, mungkin rekrutmennya satu bulan bisa ada 5 atau 6 kali angkatan," kata Eko, Jumat (18/11).

    Akan ada lembaga sertifikasi kompetensi yang memberikan sertifikasi kompetensi secara periodik untuk masuk menjadi ASN. Misalkan ada seseorang sarjana lulusan ekonomi yang ingin menjadi ASN, maka dia bisa masuk pada lembaga sertifikasi untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi kompetensi. Nantinya, lembaga sertifikasi bisa lembaga pemerintahan atau swasta.

    "Nanti akan ada juga sertifikasi auditor, jadi seseorang yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi, bisa memberikan sertifikatnya kepada sertifikasi auditor jika ingin masuk pada sebuah lembaga pemerintahan yang sedang membutuhkan pegawai," jelas Eko.

    Jadi, ketika ada lembaga/instansi pemerintah daerah yang membuka lowongan, kemudian seseorang sudah memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi dan lolos dari sertifikasi auditor, maka orang tersebut bisa masuk. "Nanti ada tidaknya lowongan akan diumumkan oleh Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara," imbuh Eko.

    Sementara itu Wakil Ketua Komisi II DPR RI dari Fraksi PDIP, Ganjar Pranowo, mengatakan, kalau dalam RUU ASN memang akan diatur mengenai perubahan rekrutmen PNS. Menurutnya, ia mendukung perubahan yang diusulkan pemerintah tersebut untuk masuk dalam RUU ASN.

    Having knowledge of Merchandising (Contract Negotiation / Trading terms, concepts / lay out the store, Pricing Strategy / Mix margin, Planogram, understand the process of Distribution Center).
    Strong leadership & analytical Skill
